Cirencester Housing

Based in our offices at Phoenix House, Phoenix Way, Cirencester, GL7 1QG, (01285 658377) Cirencester Housing  is a small local provider of high quality social housing in Cirencester, and the surrounding area.

We have 157 properties in total; 142 properties in Cirencester, three in Southrop and one in Fairford. A new development of 11 properties in Bibury has recently been completed and discussions are taking place for further developments for 2015.

We work with local community organisations including the Churn Project and Cirencester CAB, and take a pride in our homes and our estates. Our size enables us to provide a personal service to those of our residents who need additional support.

Our homes are allocated through Gloucestershire Homeseekers, which is managed by the Housing Advice Section at Cotswold District Council and are for local people to enable them to live in sustainable communities where they have family or work connections. All our new properties are governed by section 106 planning agreements to ensure that these conditions are maintained.

We welcome visitors to our offices in Phoenix Way and have a committee room available for hire for a nominal fee for community or voluntary groups in the area. We would also love to hear from any local organisations who would like to work in partnership with us, either in the management of properties, development of homes, or the provision of services, including educational or volunteering for our residents.

We are also always interested to hear from anyone, especially our residents, who would like to become a Board Member , or would like to take part in our Resident Involvement.
