Cirencester Housing has Moved!
Our offices are now located in the south wing at the Cotswold District Council Offices in Trinity Road. We are excited about this move as the location is closer to many of our tenants, parking is better and we are right next to the Council offices which will be very convenient for many of our tenants.
To visit us, please enter through the Cotswold District Council main reception, proceed to the first floor where you see our sign and bell next to our door. You must ring the bell for us to let you in. Our ‘walk-in’ office hours are noted below. Please note the staff at the Cotswold District Council reception desk will not assist you in contacting us.

Cirencester Housing is a small local provider of high quality social and affordable housing in Cirencester and the surrounding area. We have 153 properties in total; 139 properties in Cirencester, three in Southrop, one in Fairford and 11 properties in Bibury our newest development. Find out more about us HERE
Cirencester Housing staff visit our tenants and estates frequently. This means that the staff are not always available if you drop in the office or phone. If you phone and get our answer greeting, please leave a message. We will return your call within 1 working day. If you wish to visit the office, please phone ahead to make an appointment. Our general opening hours are:
Monday………11 am to 4:00 pm
Tuesday……..11 am to 4:00 pm
Friday………..9:30 am to 1:00 pm
Renting from us
If you are interested in renting one of our properties you must register with Homeseeker Plus. We only maintain a waiting list for our rural estates in Bibury, Southrop and our new development in North Cerney, and for existing tenants wanting to transfer within our own properties.
