Cirencester Housing is a small local provider of high quality social and affordable housing in Cirencester and the surrounding area. We have 157 properties in total; 142 properties in Cirencester, three in Southrop, one in Fairford and 11 properties in Bibury our newest development.
Cirencester Housing was formed in 1949 when local philanthropists and landowners released land and build much needed homes for rent after World War II. Since 1984 Cirencester Housing has been an independent housing association, and stock has gradually increased to its current level of 157 homes.

Renting from us
If you are interested in renting one of our properties you must register with Homeseeker Plus. We do not maintain an external waiting list. However we do give priority to our current residents who are requesting transfers within our housing stock.
Office & Meeting Space for Hire
At our offices in Phoenix Way we have a large board room and office space available for hire on a nominal fee. Enquiries are welcome.
Residents and Local Community
We encourage our residents to contact us to take part in Resident Involvement. This might include volunteering to assist with community events, estate improvements, consultations and focus groups. Please email, stop in or phone us to enquire how you might get involved.
We would also love to hear from any local organisations who would like to work in partnership with us, either in the management of properties, development of homes, or the provision of services, including education or volunteering for our residents.
